1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create a 328bet account and use our Sports Betting and online casino services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

3. User Account

• Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the user, except where the "cashout" feature is available for that specific selection.
• Obvious odds errors — prices clearly inconsistent with the market — may be corrected by 328bet before the event is settled, with affected bets cancelled and stakes returned to the user's balance.
• Results are determined by the official score at the end of regulation time, unless the market specifies otherwise (e.g., including extra time).
• If an event is cancelled or suspended before completion, bets are cancelled and stakes are returned.
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delays. 328bet is not responsible for bets placed based on information that was already outdated at the time of confirmation.
• The minimum stake per single bet is R$ 2.00. The maximum stake per bet may vary depending on the market and event.

6. Casino & Games

328bet offers Live Casino games — including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and poker with Portuguese-speaking dealers — as well as slots, crash games (such as Aviator), and virtual table games. Use of these games is subject to each title's specific rules, in addition to the general rules in this document.

• Technical failures during a round that prevent the game from being completed will result in the bet being returned to the user's balance.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is valid for the first deposit only and cannot be combined with other offers.

9. Prohibited Conduct
